I cannot use my mobile phone in my home as the signal is too weak.Does this mean that I would be unable to to have mobile broadband?

if you get a 3-10 meter usb exstension cable and place modem at window you should at least get gprs reception this is what iv got to do in order to get 2 bar hsdpa signal i live in a full turbo area and have never gotten 1500kb/s this is a false claim from three they got cheek complaining about vodaphone

I too live in a full turbo area (according to 3) yet have never managed to get download speeds >30 kb/s (with 2 full bars of hsdpa). I think their claims of high download speeds are blatant false advertising.

    Same story here.

I get full strength HSDPA, but typically get between 4 and 40kbp/s, and have NEVER had a conection faster than 1.5Mbp/s (in the dead of night when everyone else is asleep).

The thing that really gets me is that you can complain to 3 all you like. Nothing much ever seems to get done beyond answering a load of questions.

Every month they take the full monthly contract price, and offer no discount for the (frankly pathetic) poor service that is endured.

I have had this service for almost 18 months, nothing has really changed, and I have no desire whatsoever to continue with this company. To say I am angry at them is an understatement.

Avoid. I cannot tell you how utterly ripped off I feel.
